We can't really give exact rates. Since the performance really varies depending on what the bottleneck is in a given simulation.
The closest report I have to your machine gives this as the performance. It's the same hardware as yours, but it's running OSX 10.9.5
Long story short, you'll only get 50+ fps in a simple simulation. Most sims will run at a much lower framerate. We're constantly working to improve the speed, however it's not likely we'll be able to get it to run too much faster on that hardware.
