No, the Open Alpha is basically the full game, so it will cost you some monies. But it's all worth it!

No, don't you get it, an open alpha isn't the full game. ALPHA means it's still in development.

Usually big games like universe sandbox 2 have a paid open alpha, since the money will help the development. But users also get some discount since it is not the full game being sold. About the price, I think 30$ is not enough for this awesome game. It takes lots of time to work with Unity 3D, especially if you have to work with lots of physics.
