Clouds continue to move even at slow time steps.

Even when I set my time-step to 0.000230ms per second the clouds on the earth continued to move.
Yeah these aren't the best pictures but you can see the difference.

To kind of relate to this; I found that Saturn's Rings (in the experimental sim) continue to animate even when I pause.

Gas giants also have animated clouds when paused.
