Add Bodies with No Set Velocity

It isn't really a bug, but it's hard to place galaxies with this feature. Because the length of the arrow is how fast an object moves, and a galaxy is so big, the shortest i can pull one of the speed arrow thingies make the galaxy go several million light speeds.

You could fire it with a velocity of 0 m/s.

Placing galaxies is way harder than it should be and half of the time it doesn't work right. All issues we're addressing in the new version. Thanks for pointing this out.
