Where's Kokusai Ixra Boenkyo gonna be launched? The Tripe-Zarva Union has a few. Unless the HIA has technology to not use launchpads or the HIA has one in their little areas.

The leftist countries (above white) appear to be gaining on the rightist (bottom)... Especially since the countries just below the white line are very close to the center, and idk the politics of the Tripe-Zarva Union.
