Edit Planet, Omject, etc. "Info"

Just asking to see if it is possible to edit the "info" of an object,
ie. you right click on a Planet and the info says planet (or dwarf planet)
or you place a dice and it says object, or a moon and it says, moon of
"insert planet name"

Id like to use this in custom systems as a description box basically,
a short summery of the planets history.

Atm, I assume the only way it could be edited if at all is via an xml file.
If this can currently can not be edited, Ill toss it on the feature list
(i did a quick check on there and the forum, so sorry if I missed this
somewhere)


EDIT:
Ok I just saw #32 on the list is similar (all for it), but it would nice for a
description type input box.
