I found a village way to the south, and it's a good sized one too. I see carrots and most likely potatoes in there as well.

I'll wait maybe an hour to let everything mature to maximize the crop harvest.

build a furnace-cart rail from cargo station to quarry for delivery of materials. messy but it works nice.

Yeah I did. All together from what I've heard you say about your crops, we should have 2 stacks of carrots and 2 stacks of potatoes.

EDIT: I put extra potatoes and carrots in the food section of the spawntown public storage. Made a sign which pointed to an "other food" chest that says "potatoes and carrots (for now)"

bla your cargo station needs a user manual because i sent 8 carts into desertopia, then sent 8 back, but no made it back to spawntown for some reason.

I found some of them along that line from the autocart thing in pine hill, one of them I encountered while riding a cart from the forge, that one I broke and collected since I didn't know where that route was going, later bumped into one and pushed it along, and when I got to the autocart thing, there were several carts speeding around in there. I also saw one on the ground, which I put back into the loop.

For the one that I broke open, it had a few books and some leather, is that stuff yours? I'll hold on to it.

Kol Yqt. You can make one in Spawntown, I'll find a spot if you tell me the dimensions you want it to be.

Mudkipz, check the levers, there are a few levers near the station. If it went to Pine Hill it's most likely a lever if you turn right when walking out of the cargo station.
There are signs at all of the levers.
