ext slope will be 75% lava, 25% netherak lighted
top shall be 10 wide flat path/ lookout
Int slope will be water covered
Inside wil be 100% flat stone

I wouldn't call that natural, but I guess it's in Desertopia or some unclaimed area near it, so it's your own choice. Not that I don't think this could look good. But I think lava would make more sense on the inside, if it's going to look like a real kolkano which you settled rather than a structure resembling a kolkano. But it depends on what you want it to look like, ofc.

Yes it is supposed to be a kolkano shape, but not an actual one.
It's supposed to look artificial.
and it'll be as close as possible to desertopia as possible, an unclaimed 300 block diameter circle.

inb4 i have to delete it all because of bla's format and have a ridiculously long route from plaidania to spawntown costing over 3000 unnecessary iron for having to keep it single format

The system should be changed to that the rails are only in the side and not in the middle. I think it can be done by removing the switch, digging below the intersections and connecting some redstone to it, connected to a switch nearby.
I can do it if you want.

I'll try to MCEdit the world again, so if you change anything on the server from now on until I edit this post or post a new post saying otherwise, you will probably lose anything you build. I'm not sure if it will work.
I'm also going to update the mapw and possibly make an isomagic map as well.

As for claiming the islands, Idk which ones you mean. If they're already unclaimed, you can settle there and show me, and then they can be a region/municipality in Oaks Pass.

so like, i recently explored new flat areas, the future site of city. if you could reworld map, which doesn't seem like it would take very long,  then i could immediately start construction on city. Also can upload the world map to imgdiode.com , the world map link takes forever to update, or whatever.

Ok, now planned according to a resized map. i still want an unresized version if possible for accuracy. and elevation map for terrain planning. :). thanks for the mapping bla, it helps a lot.

And also plans for several rail routes, ocean would be interesting but not easy. npc villiage shall die

Ikr, I stayed up until 2:30 to prettify it and hurried bakk to new storage after finishing it. Kol. The ceiling isn't finished either.
