Yes but then I would lose the enchantments.

Did a bunch of book enchanting today, and decided to use potions instead of punching. Potions are much more entertaining.

56 books (probably 5 more since I used some) later STILL no silk touch.

I give up, Bla can I spawn in silk touch shears? I'll be sure to give them to the spawntown powertool library, but this is absolutely outrageous.

Well this was fun.

Endermen can't get into carts (I tried this in creative) and smjjames destroyed the only silverfish spawner so the only thing I need in the overworld is cave spiders and slimes. The nether mobs outside of wither skeletons, magma cubes and zombie pigmen seem like a challenge though.

I said I was sorry after I did that. You can still use cropping to get the stronghold in your area to spawn.

How to get silk touch:

Insult it by saying being hospitalized is more common.

Quick trip to my future double cave spider spawner exp farm.

Enough for one fully automated chicken farm.

Enchanted book totals: 80 (not including the 5ish I used on tools etc)

Because Bla was stubborn about it, I am charging a daily lease fee if anyone wants it. I will accept leather, iron and diamonds.

Bla has to pay double!

Passive mob farms, use the cobweb to hold them above say, a lava blade, until they are grown up. With chickens you don't even need to breed or cook them, it's basically a never ending food source. BUT THE SHEARS ARE MINE!

I have seen people get a silk touch book on their 10th try, so if you guys want to have a shot at it, have fun.

Nonetheless, my 1.5 preparations are done. If the blaze farm breaks for the 1.5 update, it's fairly likely that I won't replace it, so I wanted to get my enchanting done.
