Home menu not showing up

I have a fresh install ( just got the game ) but i am unable to get into the home menu to change setting or load or save. I went through trouble shooting steps and searched for a for a fix to the problem could not find one. Some reason when i click on the 3 dash icon to get the home menu nothing happens

Sorry for the issue! We released a small update last night that had a serious bug sneak through along with it that affected new users.

We resolved this earlier today, so if you restart Steam it should download an update which will fix this.

We're also discussing and changing our release workflow to make sure this doesn't happen again. Thanks for your patience with us fixing this issue.
