Planetary Surface Lighting Bug

When I get close to the planet, the lighting becomes messed up.
It shouldn't be that way, it should stay the same no matter what distance.
The bug also happens when I simply click on it.
I hope you guys work it out.

Yes, I've noticed this too on Alpha 19.7. You are running the same version, yes?
The devs seem aware of this and are working on fixing it for Alpha 20. The experimental version's notes has a dotpoint for lighting.
