Progress on the city, 2 central pieces are now completely complete.
Now the city covers 15 A4 papers and reaches out to its first major ring road. I still need to color many buildings within the ring road, though.

Well sometimes I feel the same, except woodlice and not cats. I'm kind of afraid of them gnawing or excrementing on my precious drawings. Just yesterday night, a wild woodlouse was spotted approaching the city from the east, but I managed to impose border control and redirect it kindly out of my window. But another day I also found a giant woodlouse, the size of an apartment complex, sitting in the city. A bit scary.

Cats are much more devastating though because if you're not constantly vigilant they'll come over to it and paw at it and crumple up the paper so you have to store them in a folder inside a drawer in the closet to stop it.

I think you underestimate the power, determination and itch for destruction of a wild gang of woodlice

I use pencil, often I need to use eraser on the drawings and use weak pencil strokes for draft roads. Some day I'd like to make a city with colored pencils so it doesn't look so fifty shades of gray.

well they were uninhabited, by any forms of life, but i guess bad for the immediate and long term gravitational effects on nearby planets, which were most likely not but had a small chance of being inhabited

Throughout the ship  there are large constructs that basically cancel out the natural gravity of the ship, causing it to not collapse into a black hole.

Made a rail map back in November, and a video with stuff from November. I've drawn a bit more on the northeast part since.
