I am Mac user and whenever I try to open (ex: Itacifier .ubox),  It will say:
>There is no application set to open the document “Itacifier .ubox”.Search the App Store for an application that can open this document, or choose an existing application on your computer.<

Can someone please tell the solution to this?

Try resting the computer or the laptop. If this doesn't work try calling you provider for more details. Sorry this happened but don't worry it happens to a lot of people.

This just means your computer doesn't know what to do with that file. Instead of opening it from Finder, open the sim files from within Universe Sandbox ².

Click Home > Open > My Sims. You should see all of your saved sim files there.
