There used to be an FPS counter under Stats or something, but I cannot find an option for it after the GUI revamp.. Am I just blind? Help?

They probably removed it because you can enable an fps counter in the steam overlay anyways.  :)

Try hitting the Alt+f  keys and see if fps shows up.

There is a setting for fps: Home > Settings > Debug > Average FPS over seconds

I usually use Fraps for my fps counter  :P

As already stated, so do I. But Fraps steals 1-2 FPS just by running (or so I've heard), and I wanted an accurate count. Anyway, ALT-F works, and there seems to be no substantial difference between the built-in one and Fraps.
