Galaxies and their textures

Hello. I am happy this game came out on steam but, there are a few things I need to get cleared up.

My os:Mac

So, I want to know how to create a galaxy. I googled it earlier, but either I did not understand, or the video/tutorial was outdated. Also, when you make a galaxy, how do you change the textures like Galaxy-Andromeda etc? I opened my Universe sandbox 2 folder and only Bodies,Images and simulations folder were there. Please reply.
