If you read it closely, the score is 7.2 next to a little bubble that says "Community." So the IGN community gave US1 a "7.2 out 40 ratings."

If you look above that rating, there's a red box with the words "IGN Rating." just dashes, so IGN didn't rate it. Probably better, they would have said "space is too big, 2/10."
