Using Universe Sandbox on other Steam accounts

Is there a way to use US2 on my new steam account or transfer it over to a new account or do I have to use it on the account I first had it?

From what I know Steam Support rarely will move games from one account to another. Games are generally tied to an account forever.

But it sounds like you may be able to run it from your new account if you enable family sharing. I have not tried this with Universe Sandbox ², but I see no reason why it shouldn't work: http://store.steampowered.com/promotion/familysharing
