Saving planet bug

so i made a new planet, saved it and called it Earth #2, i then went into a new simulation and went to use my planet, this happened. when i click it i cant use anything or place it down, if i try to delete it it doesn't work. not really sure whats happened.

strange, it seems that you can not bear the planet saved.
