So how are the ring in alpha 8.1 lookin?, i was a bit disappointed by the teaser trailer i was hoping for something more like this...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XcXtOZ5xseY 
is this still in the game? and cam=n we make costume ring system's?, and i heard C7 say that the Roche limit will be implemented as well in his live stream.

Yes, such systems will still be possible. All the ones in the video aren't so much ring systems as planets with a large number of orbiting planetesimals, asteroids and mesoplanets, or the well known gas giant moon systems.

It will be possible to manufacture such systems the same way as we can now in US1.

you need to watch it all the way though in the vid Saturn had ring's but they looked like in real life, go to 1:02

From what I've seen we won't be able to make those exact rings, but we should be able to create a suitable approximation that behaves appropriately.
