Computer ideal for US2

I own 2 computers, including one old (With Windows XP)
And one a bit newer but not very powerful (Windows 7 Home Premium)
Both have weak graphics card.
 Now I have a budget of $ 1000, w
hich computer do you recommend?

What model is the new one? Anyways, you probably dont need to build a new computer for this, US has to be able to run on average computers too.
