How do I acquire the log file?

If you have trouble finding the logs, just let me know.

Log Files - Whenever the game is started, it creates a log file of your play session called output_log.txt. You can find the file in your installation directory for the game under the folder "Universe Sandbox_Data"

-Steam : You can right click on the game in steam, go to properties, select "local files", and then "browse local files" this will take you directly to your installation folder. Click on the folder "Universe Sandbox_Data".
-Mac OS X : Typically located here ~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log
-Linux :  ~/.config/unity3d/GiantArmy/UniverseSandbox/Player.log

Once you have the log file, you can attach it to your forum post, or upload it to a file hosting service like drop box. Please be sure to post the full log file, because it can contain important information about your graphics card and OS. (Useful for finding issues specific to certain drivers)

Unfortunately Alpha 7.3 has not solved the bug gravity.

Before you go on wondering what the problem is, let me explain.

Your video card, not just yours but quite a few of our testers, is not OpenCL capable.
That means the sandbox will run in "regular CPU" mode, which does not utilize OpenCL.
This mode is currently not working correctly, due to the large rewrite of the physics engine and gravity integrators.
We're working on restoring regular CPU mode to its intended functionality.

For the time being, i suggest you try to install the Intel CPU OpenCL drivers.
Download link: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/opencl-drivers

Thanks for all the feedback and bug reports!
Please let me know if the driver changed anything for you.

Yeah, I am having the same issue with the buggy gravity. Unfortunately I can't install the driver, it says my computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

The problem is that the CPU integrators aren't working in Alpha 7. Looks like it's not a quick fix, so this may not get fixed for a few weeks, as our planned improvements (individual time stepping) will cause notable changes to the CPU integration anyway, we're going to complete that task first and then fix the CPU integration.

Sorry for the non-ideal news... this will be fixed eventually.

Ok thanks for information, but it does mean that this issue will be resolved but,Type 1-2 months? Or the official release?
Sorry I did not understand.
Thanks for support.

I'd say in a few weeks... and before the public release.
