Rotational Axes and Surface Maps

I can't seem to find the feature to speed up or slow down rotational period of planets and how to insert custom surface maps.

Both of those are missing in the latest build.

Adjusting the rotational period of planets will be in the next build for sure.

Custom maps will eventually be added, but not sure when yet.
