i'm sorry to disturb you, I have big problem with binary system. The orange line won't let my planète orbiting around two stars, that why i following this step from someone who know how to make the binary system and the line won't dispeared. I wish they will fixe it. -_-

Sorry for the issue. To be clear, is the problem that the planet isn't orbiting correctly?

Or is it orbiting but the projected trail (the orange line) is wrong?

I've had the same problem before with planets not orbiting binary stars, the only way to fix it is to lock one star in place and have the other star orbit it.

It is true, currently it is a pain to put a planet on a binary orbit but very well doable. Just create a barycentre, then balance the momentum of the stars. After that use "binary" function with balance momentum off to place a new object to the binary orbit. That usually works for me.

1. create your objects
2. right click on one of them to bring the object property panel
3. shift+click your other objects

Doesn't really work for me. Tried putting it inbetween the 2 stars and messed the orbit.
