Wont install! addfileassociation has stopped working, for steam.

When i try to install, it says addfileassociation has stopped working then a box pops up, if more information needed ask.

You either don't have .NET 2 installed... or you're not running it as an administrator.

Either way this program is not required to run in order to make Universe Sandbox work.
