sleep
« on: April 02, 2013, 06:20:12 AM »
omg getting 9 hours of sleep is glorious before going to school

you people who sleep for like 5 hours should try it some day (before you get health issues, or consider switching your monophasic sleep cycle to maybe... uberman or dymaxion?), i can hardly go a week on 7 hours a night, and you don't miss anything

you feel so much better it makes up for all the time you are 'missing' by sleeping because then you have the ability to do things you don't want to do and thus you are more productive

Sounds awful

Thanks for warning me of the consequences of sleeping. I'll ensure to never do it

Kolkolkolkolkolkolkol I have gone to bed at 21:30 and gotten up at 6:00 for the past several years on weekdays! Finally you are embracing the Glorious Blaist Health Policies!

(Just ignore the fact that I usually don't fall asleep before 0:00 to 2:00)

It's because you guys stay up all night on the irc that messes up your sleep schedule. I've had my schedule messed up before, and it's not nice. I immediately crash after coming home from school if I don't get enough sleep. (Even though I can last 7 hours of school with only a minimum of 4 hours of sleep or so) But sleeping for 7 or 8 hours is really a life saver. Unfortunately my mental condition is known for causing sleeping difficulties, so I have to be careful at the time I fall asleep.

I usually Sleep from 9:00 p.m. or 9:30 p.m. until 5:30 a.m.

That is when I have to get up - and make Breakfast for Karen, and do the Cat's Breakfasts.

After Karen leaves for Work at 6:10 - I then go bkc to Bed - sometmes until 1:00 a.m.

However - it does not always work that way.

I woke up today at 1:00 a.m. with some ides I wanted to Post on a Forum Site.
Unfortunately - Lucy ( my Cat ) was asleep on my Computer Chair - and I WILL NOT push her off, she is such a good girl, and I hate upsetting her.

So - I sat and watched SK T.V.
Eventually - at 3:00 a.m. she went out, and I was able to start my P.C.
I have finsihed the "work" I wanted to do now - but is is now 3:50 a.m.

Not sure if I should go back up to Bed - for just 1:40 of Sleep.
Will I be able to Sleep.

Bad News is - I have to go to the Dentist at 10:30 a.m..
Probabl not "safe" to go back to Bed at 6:30 a.m. - today.

For some reason I was stressing about life last night and I fell asleep at 3:00. Was harsh getting up for 7:30 after a few weeks of limited sleep. I feel deadly tired atm. :P

No actually it is called stress because I have been missing months of school.

Besides it is normal for teenagers to go to bed late, you have the sleeping problem.
