Also hellpotatoe we are allowing terra nullus on the map aka lands not claimed by any nation so Lappland is part of this. That's why there were undefined borders there.

yes those would be terra nullus but some of them would have the country color's "spray" in them because they're in the process of being settled

changes:
lappland and NULL_COUNTRY changed to terra nullus
east frisia added (the terra nullus near the zuiderzee, it's terra nullus because it's a tribe, if you people want i'll make it a nation and give it a color)
bishopric of bremen added (between east frisia and the brown things)
cleves moved and shrunk
