Anyways, Isaac is making a mess out of Haiti. Looks like it tried to form an eye (second pic, which is actually an hour before the first one and is microwave band), but whether it'll hold going over land, I have no idea.

The biggest one would have to be Lake Nicaragua, but it's hardly even Great Lakes sized. Sure it's slightly smaller than Lake Titicaca in Peru, but Titicaca is right in the Andes.

Theres also lake Maracaibo in Venezuela, but the geography of the area might prevent one from forming.
