The Supreme Realm of Starrie is a massive, safe nation, ruled by vh with an iron fist, and remarkable for its keen interest in outer space. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 2.042 billion are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Defence, although Law & Order and Commerce are secondary priorities. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Nexum. The average income tax rate is 66%, and even higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, followed by Retail and Uranium Mining.

Criminals are executed and their property seized, citizens who become homeless are immediately executed, copyright laws have been abolished, and police conduct weekly raids looking for contraband cheeseburgers. Crime is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Starrie's national animal is the Darv, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Explodonism, and its currency is the Bit.

Starrie is ranked 31st in Kallisto and 86,395th in the world for Most Extensive Civil Rights, with 44 Martin Luther King, Jr. Units.
