I almost saw the solar eclipse in June I think. It was right after sunset, but the sun was still too bright. The next eclipse will actually occur in Florida in 2013, and the next total eclipse will occur in 2045.

School starts here at 7:45 am, and you're allowed to go on campus at 7:15 am. I wake up at 5:45 am, and school ends at 2:33 pm

Wow, really? That's only five hours of school, how do they fit the things you need to learn in such small amount of time?

Wow, really? That's only five hours of school,
4:30, and we have an 30min recreation/break, so only four hours of school

how do they fit the things you need to learn in such small amount of time?
Kol, they don't fit. Example: I have English lessons once a week (only one "horĂ¡rio" (idk how translate this), that last only 50min).  If I depended on it, the max as I would have learned are very basic things, like "cat", "dog" and "hello, how are you?".
I only speak english by myself because of the games :P
I'm the best student in my school (I'm in eighth grade), and yet fiah (which is a lot (not so much) younger than me) is smarter. And I only know what I know by my effort outside of school.
I think people in Brazil (at least most of them) only learn when they arrive at high school, if it does not drop out of school when they see the effort they have to make.
