Key Recovery?

I know I posted this WAY WAY WAY back before, but I can't find that topic. I got universe sandbox years ago but now I need to re-download it and of course I forgot my key. Is there any way to get a key back?

I bought universe sandbox months ago and I used the product key. I was forced to re download it, and now it says free premuim trail. So can you help me recover my product key? Please and thank you.
