~~i don't know how weather works~~

this is a preliminary (it'll probably always be preliminary, but whatever) overview of tropical cyclone development regions around Universalis. I feel like a basin or two really needs to be cyclone-less but i can't decide which ones that would be. Then again, since we don't have a whole ton of water, maybe the "stress"/potential energy ends up requiring all basins to form hurricanes? idk how this works really

really nothing new that most people care about but it's a layer so here's the new file

changes:

-altered loviniosa's coastline very subtly
-moved loviniosa slightly south and east
-moved lysteriok despite the 'do-not-touch' sign to correspond with loviniosa, unfortunately interferes with aahrus and kaeshar
-adjust tectonic plates to land
-new country names in loviniosa placed

unless you have a really old version it should be possible. when you say your gimp can't open it, do you mean windows does not automatically recognize .xcfgz as a GIMP file or that GIMP is incapable of reading the file?
