Well, for one, you used up all of your wealth that turn and as I found out when I used all the wealth in that turn for pollution reduction, it doesn't increase when you do that. Normally it wouldn't change, but since you did an embargo, there was nowhere for it to go but down.

the calculation for wealth is this:

W=((W_p-S)*1.2+S)*(1-0.04e)

where W_p is the amount of wealth from last turn, S is the amount of wealth spent on reduction and research, e is the amount of times you are being embargoed+the amount of nations you are embargoing
