Does anyone know a way

I could automatically download a file from a url link on the internet, once a day, every day, and have it saved somewhere. It must be able to download the files with my computer off. (So hosted on a server or something, idk).

Oh cool, you can make a rss feed automatically download a file somewhere? Where is it downloaded/saved to?
