Trying to make something that turns out darvincy names

current formala is

selective consonant, consonant, vowel, semi selective consonant, vowel, semi selective consonant, selective consonant pair, vowel, selective consonant, vowel or double vowel, consonant or dash, syllable, consonant sequence, syllable, selective consonant, vowel, consonant sequence.

in total 14.5 letters and 4 letter sequences

taking out some of those consonant sequences to shorten it.

Darvice: disallow c from appearing, and make it take w as a vowel.
