Antitheism is antireligion. But your idea sounds realistic, that there logically isn't an opposition to religion when it doesn't exist.

It's similar among Zarvans... Though I'm writing their history, I still consider them to have formed naturally by evolution, and their system being formed in a part of the history of the universe. I only made Eastautarkia religious, or maybe I didn't, but only considered it.

None of them are religious.
I think It's more due to me being too lazy to include religion in their history along with ideologies. Zarvans aren't meant to be an especially rational and Scientific-focused species, which is the reason it is rejected by my Blaxians.

In fact, I think it's worth seperating theism and religion. I think Buddhism could be called an atheistic religion, for example. Antitheism would literally mean being against belief in gods, and antireligion against religion... But usually religions and gods go well together.
