naming 'space' 'SKAce' does not mean they own it. it's just what they call it. just terminology/language.

You know, if you let everyone gets homeschooled... That's going to be first of all really inefficient because it'll take away a lot of the time from your parents to divert attention to a single or (statistically) very few children compared to teachers (consider 20 children in a normal class vs. a single child (or maybe two if they have similar ages enough to be educated at the same time with the same methods). That said, a single child would get more attention, so if an average parent had the skills of an average teacher (which I think is extremely unlikely), it wouldn't be as bad as 1/20 because the child would get more attention than in a normal class.

But this inefficiency is much of the same which led families away from the traditional family structure of mothers taking care of children while fathers went to work, to a system of kindergartens where a small amount of adults, educated for the purpose, take care of a lot of similarly-aged children who then spend time together in an institution specifically made for them.
I think parents homeschooling every child is deeply inefficient. It's probably good in some cases if the parents are properly educated in diverse enough subjects and know how to teach this to their children. But I think the best solution to the problems in public schools is to change the public schools, not homeschooling.

What are the benefits which I fail to see which would make people choose to completely abolish public schools in favor of homeschooling? Can you tell me some more things about the education systems you want, how you ensure the integrity of the education and not just parents filling their children with their own made-up stuff and religion, for example, on the scale where homeschooling is complete?

Gunman Kills Three
The Issue

Tragedy struck Kaeshar today, as a gunman killed three people in a suburban shooting rampage. The community is united in grief, but divided in opinion as to what should be done.
The Debate

The strongest voices demand tighter gun controls. "The only way to prevent further atrocities is to take the guns out of the hands of the murderers," says anti-gun campaigner Ryan Tan. "There's no justification for them in today's society. We need tighter regulations on who can hold guns, so only our police and military have them."

(I probably wouldn't regulate quite this tightly, but then again, being an American, I'm probably biased (no, I don't own guns). Still, regulation seems to be the way to go.

"That's not all we need," says radical left-wing activist Aaron Broadside. "The government should ban all guns outright--even in the police force. This is an opportunity to make Kaeshar a totally gun-free state."

(And then when the criminals get guns, what are you going to do, knife them?)

"Guns don't kill people, people kill people," says NRA head honcho Lars al-Zahawi. "If you outlaw guns, only outlaws will have guns. Is that what we want? Think, people. The answer isn't to ban guns. It's to crack down on those Hollywood movies and computer games that glamorize violence. They're the real criminals."

(The first bit is a good point, but still, NRA combined with Zahawi? *flails a radioactive cross at Zahawi*)
