Maybe because it looks like a forest moon and you don't realize the atmosphere is unbreatheable until you land? :)

Sort of like how Venus can be beautiful, in a way, or any of the gas giants, or even Io. Although Saturn and Jupiter would be liveable in the upper layers if you found a good way to keep your outpost floating, and avoided the storms, but that's besides the point.
