so here we are: near the end of a most interesting year. and to celebrate, my longest post in a while:
as a child, i never imagined to be part of a worldwide crisis. if my grade school teachers asked me what occupation i desired, i would not have said "a participant of the apocalypse". but alas, there we are: dante's inferno, circle eight. and our former president its king.
this year tested all of us in an extraordinary way. conspiracists, rationalists, or those in between; the circumstances were unforeseen indeed. stay six feet apart, for lives we'll preserve, and wear a mask, to flatten the curve. but: a spirited meter tells not the pain of it all. no matter who, our fortitude could not be small. as such:
our greatest accomplishment? we proved our independence; our strength. that through a crisis, we still had a chance to say: we've but begun.
anywho, thanks for coming to my ted talk and have a merry new year!
(so it's not finnegan's wake but i tried to be interesting)
