my first semester of college i had a total of 4 books to buy
discrete maths book: provided online for free by the course instructor. i think i spent a total of 3 minutes reading it
catalog of famous european writings: the only one i had to buy for like $35
calc textbook: found online. for some strange reason, my pdf reader said the file was corrupt, which confused me until i opened the file in notepad and saw a bunch of random html/css/js code tacked onto the end of the file. i deleted it and it now opens fine. wtf. also there was a copy of this book lying around in the study room all semester for who knows what reason. also, i barely opened this because google was almost more useful
a nonfiction book for european history: torrented
this puts my grand total at $35 for the semester, and have a good day
