Can you add new presets?

When creating new bodies, is there a way to add new presets? Like if i want a red star or something?

When right click the UI will appear. On the left there is the "new bodies" list, and the first box is "presets". There you can chose what kind of object you want to shoot. (P.s. The black hole is just a body similar to the others, but the escape velocity at its surface is the speed of light; you can make every object have the dimension of a black hole with ctrl+W)

Not in the current version.

However the next version will. I'm currently working on a redesign of the UI (user interface) and it includes the ability to create your own presets. The new interface (and the presets) will let you choose the texture and color of bodies without having to edit XML files.
