is there any way to get the steam acheivements without buying the game on steam?

Not at the moment. It's possible achievements will be added to the non-Steam version, but there's no timetable for this.

Do you use Steam?

yes but since im underage, my mom had to buy it for me with her debit card and she didn't wanna use steam.
