Republic of Kazakhstan, Republic of Belarus, and Yugoslavia added. Since Yugoslavia collapsed in the 1990's and the 2000's, I'm assuming it is the Republic of Serbia.

It just mean unclaimed land. The white patches of land on Antarctica are territorial claims.
