Perfect Equidistant Binary Orbit
« on: December 24, 2010, 05:29:12 AM »
I have spent some time doing the math and I have created a perfect* binary orbit in which two moons make a  perfect* circle.
It is fun to watch for awhile.
Be sure to unlock the focus from Object 1 and view it freely.

*NOT ACTUALLY PERFECT DUE TO ROUNDING AND SIMULATION ACCURACY.

Yes, it does. I tested and there were two orbiting objects, however in US2 you can't detach focus from a body.

You can... Just click the background.

Also, in US2, many things are easier than in US1... triclops, you should get it.  ;)

I would, but I don't have the money right now, maybe when my first ever paycheck gets in :).
