I wrote how I fixed lag and crashing earlier... Usually the game lags a lot when it has used almost all of the memory it's allowed to use by Java.

Yes, I'm thinking of simply not updating Minecraft until Bukkit 1.9 is ready, and playing Blacraft. 1.9 isn't even completely finished anyway. I think Bukkit will be faster this time, because there can't possibly be that many changes since 1.8.
