I overspent, so here's a fix where I spent less.

Also, if you just say "taken" and wait taking your turn until I've finished updating the scoreboard just to go first, I will simply abolish "taken" giving you any privilege. You should only use it if you're actually editing the map.

Bong removed a level 2 city during his turn which he built another turn (I see Naru added it back). It was probably because of the overspending. I have removed another level 2 city instead of it which he built this turn, so this map is the valid one.
