Noticed that Bong probably hasn't considered this rule in his turn:

So either Bong must get back the two zones I marked with communism or pay distance costs to conquer the zones west of them. Which do you want?
If you take them back, Darvince's upgrades to infrastructure won't be applied, but you can say if you want to upgrade them.

Because Bong couldn't afford the turn if he had given the zones to Darvince, I have given two of the zones back to Darvince.

Round 25 has begun, Atomic can spend 988 resources, and everyone can set their tech rates when taking their turn.

Also some players may want to take a look at who they are (and aren't) trading with and stuff.

It did. I changed it in the google doc several days ago. I forgot it at first because you didn't take your turn.
