(Linux) Game controller not working properly

I tried using a PS3 controller but The game thinks that both the analog sticks are held right and down.
Does anyone know a way to fix this?

Somehow got fixed, no idea why.

Odd, but I'm glad it's working for you now. It's possible the axis initialized with the wrong center point.
