[ISSUE] Disappearing Craters

After collisions "early" collision spots are disappearing without leaving a crater. On the pics you can see the Earth after a grazing collision with Moon: the big red spot on the top pic is the collision spot, it disappears on the last one without leaving even a dent. This happens with small ones as well.

This is actually the LOD system at work. We have a limit to the number of crater decals we can render at one time. We're working on improving the logic so the most important craters are culled last.

The behavior should improve over time.
