I get that problem too. Maybe it has something to do with the galaxy.

Okay this is annoying, Dan can you allow a more flexible limit on zooming in when something is inside another object? (The galaxies) Because the only object that allows you to do that is galaxies, and only they have that problem.

It's only the system. The default systems (i.e. the Sun in the Milky Way) doesn't shake.

I'm unclear on what you mean by this. Can you elaborate?

Or even better... describe the steps one can take to duplicate the problem. Like this:

1 - Load a simulation with a galaxy
2 - Select galaxy
3 - Zoom in on...
etc...

1 - Load a simulation with a placed galaxy. (not included with the program)
2 - Place a star.
3 - Place a planet around it.
4 - Attempt to zoom in on the planet
5 - Get a 'landing' location even though you're 4 M km away.

It's strange. You'll get a shaking view.
