Bought Universe Sandbox, was not given key.

I bought Universe Sandbox yesterday, and decided to go with the "Pay through Amazon" choice, since it seemed the least hassle, yet, just my luck, Amazon decided to flag my purchase for review and told me I would have to wait for my transaction to be completed.

So, they send me an email today saying that I have successfully paid $19.95, but there is no Unlock Key on the email.

Also, the site here treats me as if I have not bought it (although I have conformation that I have) and I cannot seem to find how to get my Unlock Key anywhere.

Can anyone please help me?
